Weightlifting
This class will aim to help build confidence and excellent technique for your CrossFit classes with a focus on Olympic weightlifting.

CrossFit Class
A fully coached and programmed workout of the day in a group session. Includes a warm up, technical guidance, intended stimulus, the workout of the day, cool down and high fives all round.

Open box
During open box you can use any of the available equipment, with a coach present and available for advice, but this session isn't coach led.

Gymnastics
A chance to work on your Gymnastics in a non workout setting.
This is a coach led class but more relaxed approach to skill building
